Reservation
• All customers must complete the reservation form. Once submitted, they will receive a confirmation email containing the reference of the reserved property.
• The initial payment, corresponding to 50% of the total amount, is required to validate the reservation. The remaining amount will be paid until 7 days before check-in.
• A reservation will only be considered confirmed after receipt of the first payment (50%).
• Payment is made by bank transfer. After completing the reservation request, an email will be sent to the reservation holder with the company’s bank details. The holder has one hour to confirm the reservation; otherwise, the accommodation will no longer be reserved in his name.
• Prices are subject to change and availability must be confirmed by us for each booking.
• The reservation is only considered complete when up to 7 days before check-in, we receive the remaining amount of the reservation or an email with proof of bank transfer.


Cancellation policy
• If canceled within 72 hours of booking, the 50% deposit will be refunded.
• Any cancellation made after this 72-hour period will not result in any refund.

Check-in and check-out
• Check-in is possible from 3pm to 0am
• Check-out must be done by 11am.

Cleaning and maintenance
• Clients are required to leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Otherwise, an additional 45€ cleaning fee will be charged.
